10 Minute Introductory Call
(no fee)
I offer a 10 minute 'getting to know each other' call, either by video or telephone.
I recommend starting with this prior to our sessions so that we can establish how sessions will look moving forward.

Individual Counselling
(50 min session = £50)
Following an introductory call, I will arrange a suitable time to book ongoing individual counselling sessions, either weekly or fortnightly from the comfort of your own home.
The sessions will take place using an online video platform, of which we can decide what works, or WhatsApp video if this is preferable.
Fees
Sessions are 50 minutes and are £50. Payment is due before the session and can be transferred via bank transfer.
When we have booked in your first session, I will send over payment information and further information about our sessions.
Cancellation Policy
I ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If 48 hours notice is not given, the full session fee is required.
