In the counselling room, we will work with confidentiality.

This means that everything shared will be kept between us. 

However, there are some situations where you may be at risk to yourself or someone else, in which case I am a required by law to notify an authority in order to keep everybody safe.

This is often a rare occasion though and where possible, this will be discussed with you.
